The On-Ramp Class consists of 3 sessions led by a CrossFit Trainer who will teach you the methodology and movement of CrossFit. Each of these 1-hour classes will involve a teaching portion, movement demonstration, hands-on coaching, and a workout scaled to your fitness level and ability.
Learn CrossFit methodology and how constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity can reverse chronic disease and forge elite fitness.
Gain a deep understanding of all the movements we perform in CrossFit and how it will improve the way you move and function for the rest of your life.
Each class concludes with a workout scaled to the abilities of all athletes regardless of their skill set.
